30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return for items bought on www.capdinspiredhair.com. Please note that exchanges are not available at this time. For items purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer directly to arrange for a return.
Damages and Issues
Once your order leaves our warehouse, responsibility transfers to you and the shipping carrier. Any issues with defective, damaged, missing, lost, or stolen items should be reported immediately to the shipping carrier upon receipt.
Inspection Upon Reception
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item defective or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at capdinspiredhair@gmail.com upon receipt. Your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, sealed, with tags intact, and in its original packaging, along with proof of the original dated receipt. Once your return is accepted, follow the instructions provided.
  • Specify the item(s) for return, reason(s) for return, and provide clear photo image(s). Failure to specify all items for return will result in them not being processed for a refund.
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging in a well-padded envelope or box.
  • Attach the return label to the package and mail it to us.
  •  Await confirmation via email notifying you of receipt and processing of your return.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, such as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, and any wearable merchandise where we have no way of determining whether it has been tampered with or worn. This includes, but is not limited to wigs, hair extensions, ponytail, clip-in extensions, jewelry, wraps, caps and beauty products etc. due to sanitary reasons. Sales (BOGO, Promotional, Clearance) and Gift-cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we'll notify you via email of the approval or denial status. Refunds are automatically applied to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping charge. Processing times for refunds vary with banks and credit card company.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they're dispatched. To cancel your order, email us within 24 hours at capdinspiredhair@gmail.com.
