We want you to love our products! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

All Sales Are Final
Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on wigs, hair extensions, promotional items, sale items, or gift cards.

Defective Products
If deemed defective by CAPD Inspired Hair Inc., items may be returned within 30 days with original tags, intact packaging, proof of purchase, and an unused condition. Submit a photo of the defect for a replacement. A refund may be issued if the item is out of stock.

To initiate a return, email us at info@capdinspiredhairinc.com with your order number and return tracking number. Excessive returns are monitored, and we reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Final Decision on Returns

CAPD Inspired Hair Inc. reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges, regardless of receipt or customer satisfaction. All returns are subject to verification, with final return/exchange decisions at the company's discretion. Refund may take up to 30 days based upon financial institution and payment method.

Ownership and Liability

 Once shipped, CAPD Inspired Hair Inc. is not liable for lost, held, damaged, or stolen packages. Ownership transfers to the buyer upon carrier handoff. For delivery issues, please report immediately to the shipping carrier upon receipt and for a resolution.

Incorrect Address

Customers must provide the correct shipping information when ordering. CAPD Inspired Hair Inc. is not liable for completed deliveries if an incorrect address is given by the customer.

Undeliverable 

If an item is undeliverable, a full refund will be issued upon return by the carrier. For "return to sender" rejections, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.  

Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.
