At CAPD Inspired Hair, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and affordable shipping options to our customers worldwide.

Customers should expect delays

Due to a Canada Post National Strike, mail and parcels will not be processed, delivered, or accepted until the disruption ends. Some post offices may close, and service guarantees for items already in the network will be affected. Once operations resume, items will be secured and delivered on a first-in, first-out basis, but delays may persist.

Free Shipping

Domestic orders: Free Standard Shipping Canada over $75 CAD before taxes and discounts, to most address in domestic Canada*.

*Unfortunately, shipping to P.O. boxes and Airdrop (airline freight) are not eligible for free shipping. 

International Orders : Free Standard Shipping U.S. over $75 USD.

Estimated Delivery

Processing: Our amazing team takes 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) to process your order. Excluding weekends and holidays. They're like superheroes, but instead of capes, they have packing tape! Please note that processing time does not include delivery days.

Delivery: We prioritize fast and reliable worldwide shipping, with services being trackable and affordable. The estimated delivery 7-14 business days (Monday to Friday) vary depending on the destination country and are calculated post-processing.

Shipping carriers do not guarantee a delivery timeframe. Please refer, to the schedule for when orders are shipped.

Lost, Stolen, Missing, Held, or Damaged Items

While we take great care in packaging your order, CAPD Inspired Hair Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, held, or damaged packages once your order is received by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Orders placed on holidays or weekends are processed the next business day. Processing and shipping may take longer during these times. International orders may incur customs fees; refusal of these fees may lead to additional shipping charges.

Hazmat (Flammable) Items

Hazmat items ship within Canada and the U.S. using ground standard shipping only.

For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we regret that we are unable to ship restricted (hazmat) items to Hawaii or Alaska. Any shipping-related benefits do not apply to these states.

Non-Refundable Shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or returns/exchanges.
