To be applied before shampooing:
- Apply Mask: Scoop desired amount and warm between palms of CAPD Hydrating Hair Mask to hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends.
- Massage In: Apply from mid-length to ends, avoiding the roots
- Leave In: Leave the mask on for 15-30 minutes to allow it to penetrate the hair shaft and deeply condition your hair.
- Rinse Out: Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until the water runs clear.
- Shampoo Hair: Start by shampooing your hair with our gentle cleanser Hydrating Shampoo.

I've never really been one for hair masks because I've always thought they just made my hair greasy and heavy, but I heard good things about this brand so I decided to try it out and i am so happy I did!
